Your self-check answers are never sent to us. If you choose to leave an email or WhatsApp number, that is the only thing we receive.

The self-check asks about how you feel, not who you are. You can complete it, read your result, and understand your next step as a complete stranger to us. Here is the full picture, both what we keep and what we never touch.

Your self-check answers
Used once, in your browser, to show you your result. They are never sent to us as individual answers.
A contact detail, only if you offer one
An email or WhatsApp number, and only if you decide you want a private follow-up. Always your choice.
What you tell a doctor, if you consult
Shared only with the licensed doctor you speak to, over encrypted WhatsApp, at the level of detail you choose.
Your real name
Never required to use MenWell. You give it to a doctor only if and when you want to.
Your CNIC or any government ID
We never ask for it. There is no identity check to get help here.
Your location or address
Where you are is not our business. We do not track or store it.
Data for advertisers, insurers, or employers
Your health is not a product. We have no arrangement with anyone who would want it.

Every consultation happens over WhatsApp, which is encrypted end to end. In plain terms, your words turn into unreadable code the moment they leave your phone, and only turn back on the doctor's screen. This is a live demonstration, not a stock illustration.

Only two devices can read this: yours, and the doctor's. Not us, not your mobile network, not anyone in between. The camera is always optional too. Audio-only works for every consultation.

Every payment appears as "MW Services." Here is a real example of how it sits among ordinary transactions. Nothing on your bank statement, card record, or SMS gives it away.
